Villa O is one of those iconic homes where everything seems to be special. It’s not just the place, it’s the people.

A cornucopia of flowers bursts through rockery walls. Olive, Cyprus and eucalyptus trees give shade; jasmine, rosemary and jacaranda perfume the entire estate.

Soft, manicured lawns undulate to an aquamarine pool.
A wooden footbridge leads to our two-bedroom,
magic garden, Tenthouse Suite.

A Balinese style pool-house provides shade in which to read, dine or snooze away a hot summer afternoon. Step into the infinity pool and cocktail in hand, gaze out over the bay.

From a vantage point of 100 metres, the enormous rooftop terrace has an infinity pool with staggering views of the entire east-west meridian.

Under a star-strewn sky, lights and music transform this space into a stunning club. Nowhere on the Cote d’Azur rivals the Villa O terrace.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in your suite,
on the terrace, in the dining room, on the lawn or by the pool (either pool of course).

Dinner at 8 or a midnight feast with lanterns.

Our private chef is ready to cook to order.

Or create out of her imagination. From a simple sandwich
to a sophisticated banquet.

The entire villa has been designed to integrate inside and outdoor living.

Recline on the huge sofas, read from our eclectic library, wander out onto the terrace backed by a waterfall. The sound of falling water is mesmerising.

The gallery lounge is both a study and bar area. The entire villa is wifi enabled so that emails and the Internet are simple and reliable.

Villa O has a dedicated surround-sound cinema with a comprehensive library of films and a kitchen with drinks, snacks and popcorn.

The gymnasium has a multi-exercise lifecycle, free weights,
a black granite hammam and shower. Naturally we can
arrange for a private trainer and masseuse.

Villa O has four bedrooms with an additional two in the Tenthouse Suite. The master suite has spectacular views through floor to ceiling windows.

Remote control curtains open to let sunbeams flood the room with warm light. Opposite the bed, the Bang and Olufsen screen is linked to the central satellite and DVD system.

The bathroom is a sublime exercise in understated opulence. The rain shower, bath and walk-in wardrobe are all warmed by an open fire.

The first floor suites are spectacularly decorated and the height of comfort.

Walk-in wardrobes, fossil granite bathrooms and full
entertainment systems including iPod docks. A fourth double bedroom is on the ground floor.
